All appointments must be booked through our website.

We can open on any day but we operate strictly by appointment, so please don’t drop by expecting us to be available. We might be enjoying a rare day off! Be sure to book in advance to secure your spot.

 We kindly ask that you bring your own hand tools for your project. However, we’ve got you covered with the larger, specialised equipment you might need but can’t easily fit in your vehicle. This includes a gearbox jack, small hydraulic press, impact gun, oil drainer, vacuum pump,  wheel machines, engine support beam, air compressor and some specialist tools.  

As long as you have tried to bring tools with you, we are willing to rescue you if we have what's needed to do the job.

No sorry, you are renting a working space not tools.

Yes, we allow you to use this during your rental if required. If you need to use it outside of a rental a small charge may be applied.

 Yes, we charge £125 per day if you book 3 or more days.

We check in with you during your rental to ensure you're not running into any issues. If it looks like you need extra time, we’ll do our best to adjust any appointments scheduled after yours or find solutions to resolve the problem with minimal disruption.

We charge you an hourly rate of £40 to continue past our agreed closing time until 11pm.

We can discuss completing the job for you at our hourly rate of £80. Alternatively, we can arrange to move the car outdoors, allowing you to return and finish it on another day. 

Yes, £20 per over night spot.

 We’re committed to fairness and transparency. You’ll only be charged for what you use, within reason, as we believe in providing a honest and reliable service. 

Yes, we do offer assistance. Our hourly rate is £80, and we charge on a pro-rata basis for the time we spend helping you during your rental. This is on top of your rental price.

We have an automotive parts and accessories shop called SMB in walking distance. We can also order from MDC Langley, Euro Car Parts or Napa Auto Parts. If we have to drive anywhere to get you parts there will be a fuel charge.

Yes this costs £1 per litre.

Self-use for professionals is available at £5 per wheel, and kindly ask that you take your old tyre with you. We also offer tyre removal, fitting, balancing, and recycling services for £30 per wheel, or £25 per wheel if done during your rental. 

Undersealing/Underbody Cleaning: This is usually offered for weekday bookings to avoid paint/dust issues.

3.2m so you cannot stand under tall vehicles. You can sit or kneel. 

 We kindly ask that you take your rubbish with you. There is a bin for small items and metal, but we are unable to dispose of boxes, bottles, or similar items. 

Cash or online transfer. We unfortunately don't hold a card machine. There is a free to withdrawal cashpoint in short walking distance.
